Privacy Policy

Who we are

Speed Develop is a digital product studio based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what happens to information you share through this website. For anything it doesn't answer, email speeddevelop.it@gmail.com.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you type into it. The contact form asks for your name, email address, budget range, the services you're interested in, and your message. The newsletter form asks for your email address only. There are no user accounts, and we don't collect anything in the background beyond standard technical data described below.

How we use it

Contact submissions are delivered to our studio inbox as email so we can reply to you and scope your project. Newsletter signups are used solely to send you occasional studio updates, and you can ask to be removed at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the contents of your submission in order to send it. To protect the contact form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical signals from your browser to tell humans apart from bots; Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy. Our servers also see your IP address briefly to enforce rate limits on form submissions — it is not stored beyond a short rolling window and never linked to your inquiry.

No tracking

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We don't build profiles of visitors and we can't see what you do on other websites.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your project or correspondence. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing speeddevelop.it@gmail.com, and we'll act on it promptly.
